Argenta Market’s Deli offers fresh baked pastries from local bakeries, sandwiches and daily specials. Saturday you can feast on a made-to-order “farmer’s breakfast” from 7 – 10 a.m. Take out or eat in. You’ll also find Arkansas-grown produce in season, fine meats and cheeses. The Argenta Market is a hybrid of organic and traditional to meet all your grocery needs.
Benihana offers a sushi bar, hibachi-style Japanese fare prepared in a memorable performance right at your table, and is Arkansas’ premier Japanese steakhouse. Famous for its atmosphere, service, food quality, outstanding chefs and overall dining experience. Live entertainment Friday and Saturday in the lounge. Take out available and room service also available to Wyndham Riverfront Hotel guests only.
Cornerstone Pub and Grill is open for lunch and dinner and features buffalo wings, pizza, sandwiches, salads and burgers. It is the place in the Argenta Arts District for live music and fun. A vast array of libations awaits. The Pub’s second floor is ideal for parties and meetings for up to 250 people.
Cregeen’s features authentic Irish favorites, fresh salads, sandwiches, fish and chips and much more. As home to the perfect pint, Cregeen’s has unique beers on tap, bottle beer and a full bar. Live entertainment is featured weekly. Cregeen’s Irish Pub is the quintessential neighborhood bar at the gates to the Argenta Arts District. Outdoor seating is available.
Crush Wine Bar
Argenta has a new kind of bar. Joe St. Ana, with over 15 years of retail experience in the wine and liquor industry, has moved Crush Wine Bar to Argenta. The wine tasting venue offers 100 kinds of wine sold by the bottle, 50 by the glass, and appetizers to complement the wines. Wine tastings are offered on alternate Mondays. Local artists’ paintings add an artistic ambience to the tasting venue.
MacDaddy’s Bar & Grill
Love to play pool? MacDaddy’s is the place for both the novice and professional to have fun. Pool and dart tournaments are regularly scheduled. The staff is friendly, which makes having the coldest beer in the neighborhood more enjoyable. MacDaddy’s serves appetizers, pizza, burgers, and nachos. Come and join the crew for a cold one at MacDaddy’s.
Margo’s Catfish Diner
Margo’s offers American and Southern-style cooking – catfish, fried chicken, burgers and homemade desserts. Wednesday’s menu features soul food.
Reno’s is an eclectic dining experience, specializing in sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups and pizzas. Reno’s is known for its laid back atmosphere and exceptional service. They offer a full bar with an extensive wine list. Live music starts at 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Ristorante Capeo is an intimate and romantic gem of an Italian restaurant. Capeo offers dining with an extensive wine list from the onsite wine cellar. Classically trained award-winning Executive Chef Eric Isaac trained in Italy. Traditional dishes such as lasagna, osso busso and tiramisu are complimented by house specialties duck valentine and a wonderful elk chop.
Riverfront Steakhouse
Riverfront Steakhouse serves prime steaks prepared using a special process which results in a distinctive flavor. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed – an excellent choice for parties, entertaining business associates or a romantic dinner for two.
Sidetracks
Experience Sidetracks, a hot spot for locals and out of towners to gather for happy hour. Sidetracks is surrounded by art gallery’s and great restaurants and only blocks from Verizon Arena with a trolley stop at the front door. Built during Prohibition, locals have long talked about the unusual phenomena and ghost sightings that have occurred in this historic building. You are on the right track at Sidetracks.
Owned and operated by Chef Jason Morell, the Starving Artist Café features paninis, crepes, gourmet salads, and daily soup, quiche, fish and pasta specials for lunch. For dinner, try the lamb, seafood, filet mignon and prix fixe specials. Dine alfresco on the New Orleans style patio. Look for monthly wine dinners. Reservations accepted.
Ump’s
Ump’s is a fun sports bar, and is all about baseball – from the big screen TVs which feature games, to the casual baseball decor. You can even watch the Traveler game live from the bar. The fare includes pub-style appetizers, salads, sandwiches, entrees and desserts.
